Subject: To remember Surfer

Hello
Many of us on depnet have experienced considerable grief with the passing of the much loved Surfer. Surfer, or Pete, was an inspiration, a mentor and a dammed good story teller. His advice and honest empathy for the users of this site will be sadly missed. I think it would be great to honour him in some way so he will be remembered. One suggestion I have is to introduce a section in 'Depnet Community' where we can enter funny stories or jokes to cheer each other up. Perhaps one of the creative site users could come up with a name...Would this be possible?

Why not start a diary about this and perhaps that will bring in some ideas. The debate is also an area that would be good for this.
Surfer will be genuinely missed, he was a wonderful member of the Depnet Community.
