Answer from DepNet
This is difficult to respond to as you haven't provided much information in your question.
If you can't find a trusted friend or family member to talk to, depending on what you need to talk about there are many avenues you can take. Sometimes a therapist or councellor can help you talk through your issues. Online forums such as those on Depnet can also be useful, sharing your difficulties with people who have similar issues can help ease the load you are carrying. Perhaps the help of a telephone or online councelling service? Lifeline, Relationships Australia, Beyond Blue and the like have these sorts of services available. Ask your doctor to provide a list of appropriate resources for you in your local area.
