Subject: Possible problems with recovery programme
Sorry to use this space for "techie" questions but I can't find any other "contact us" link.
Before the upgrade, I got a varied and scaled programme but on the new system, it only shows my last 3 entries and they have all been depression tests (which I like) and "are you taking your medication". I don't think this is working as it was.
Thank you for providing this service. It is the best that I have found and has been of great benefit to me through the diaries (for me and feeling useful contributing), a bit through chat and from more personal correspondence with people who have shared with me by email or MSN. This site has been the catylist.
Please keep it going. It is for people in trouble so there may be the occasional aberrant user - there is on "normal" sites (whatever normal is).
Would you consider a technical comment (with a disclaimer that it is not "help desk") link so we don't use up valuable time by adviser professionals about techie stuff. Maybe the link should to to Sweden or wherever the site is developed.

The contact us button is part of the footer on each page of the site. It takes you to the info@depnet.com.au adress.
Thanks for this comment, we will certainly pass on this feedback to the techs, for now can we suggest you stop the programme and then re-enroll? This may kick-start it again.
Since this will appear published, perhaps other users will be prompted to let us know how their recovery programme is going too.
