Force-feeding (Bb)

I have recently recovered from an illness wherein i felt sick in the stomach, and could only eat toast.
I think it has made my stomach shrink (internally).
I find i have to force food down my throat now, and am having trouble keeping usual amounts of food down.
Also my jeans are loose and my stomach (externally) seems larger and flabby.
What is happening to me?!
:(
I will have to ask the Dr when i see him next week... in the meantime, any suggestions?

Hi bms
I'm sorry, hon, I don't have any idea about what may be causing this. Perhaps you should try to get into the doctor sooner? I wish you all the best

I know just how you feel. Some vitamin B6 should give you energy while you build up the amount you can eat.
Just have really tiny amounts frequently every hour or so. I used to eat a quarter of an apple, then a few sppons of yoghurt, half a piece of toast with peanut butter, apple juice and thats probably what my diet consisted of until i could stomach some steamed vegies and porridge. Sustagen gold is good too, just keep it in the fridge and sip it every now and then.

Hope this helps
