Are you active?

Be as active as possible without overdoing it. This will enable you to get on with your life.

Physical exercise doesn't have to be strenuous. Get some fresh air and sunshine if you can. Do something fun on your own or with others. Choose activities you enjoy and which will make you feel better.

Here are a few examples:

 • Go for a walk, particularly if the sun is shining
 • Listen to some pleasant music
 • Read an exciting novel
 • Watch a good movie
 • Go somewhere nice, like the beach
 • Visit people you feel relaxed with
 • Buy something you want that will make you feel better
 • Rest as often as you feel you need to
 • Take a nice relaxing bath

Draw up your own list of activities which you enjoy. Focus on activities which you associate with happiness and pleasure.
