Answer from DepNet

Thank you for your enquiry. It is at least a positive that you can trust enough to make your enquiry. There can be many reasons why you can get feelings of not being able to trust. It also is different if it has been a long-standing quality for you, or only more recent. If you get low in mood, demoralised and guilty it can make it all feel worse. As a first move you should talk to your local doctor (general practitioner), discuss your problems. There are many ways to help you to help yourself (even when you feel beyond it all). Your doctor may suggest talking treatment, or sometimes medicines can be an added help. It may be your doctor suggests more specialised help with a psychiatrist (a doctor specialising in such issues) or a psychologist (a person specialising in mental illness but not a medical doctor). Do not put off doing something about this. Arrange to see your doctor today, or as soon as possible. All the best with this problem, and its solution.
