Subject: Constantly tired
Hello
I work 9-5 and am constantly based at a computer. I am always tired when I wake up and never get up when my alarm goes off. I constantly set it back another 5 or 10 minutes. I am tired until the afternoon and then suddenly feel more alert.
In the past I haven't usually eaten breakfast but have started to do so more often. In the past few months I have also stopped eating meat and poultry so my diet is mainly fruit, vegetables, bread and seafood (occasionally rice and pasta).
I am on one Cipramil tablet in the morning. I walk to and from work so I feel that should should give me some energy, but as soon as I sit down I'm exhausted within 10 minutes for at least the next fours hours. I am very much a night rather than morning person but try to get to bed by 10:30pm, it takes me a while to get to sleep though, and wake up at about 8am. I never sleep right through, unless it is a Friday or Saturday night.
I would appreciate any tips or advice you could give me.
Many many thanks,
Jackie
