Subject: Technical problems with the deptest
Hello,
first: Thank you for this great website - connecting with people in the same situation helps a great deal - even if they are on the other side of the world (I am in Germany.)
I also like the recovery program. And I like tracking my recovery - especially since I am actually in recovery. I am looking forward to every deptest, but since a while it's not possible for me to do the test, as I always receive the message: Server runtime error.
Is there anything you can do about it?

Unfortunately there has been a server issue for a while now and although the technical staff think they have found the problem it is taking some time to correct the program. Please bear with us.
