Qualities

Well, this time as part of the recovery program I'm supposed to write down at least five qualities that I appreciate about myself. Even though I'm feeling relatively positive about myself at this point in time to find those qualities is still no easy task. Plus I'm not entirely sure what is meant by qualities...but I'll give it a go.

* I try to see the best in everything

* I'm kind and friendly

* I'm a creative thinker, and like doing creative things

* I'm intelligent enough to get into university

* I keep myself busy whenever possible.

Anyway, it's been good doing the one subject, a lot more relaxed. There's more time to do things I enjoy as well as extra time to just sit down and study. I can focus on the one subject this way.

I've been to three soccer training sessions which have been fun, although because I'm new I find it difficult to remember everyone's names. I've also been reading graphic novels lately, which is something I enjoy.

Also, I did the depression self test and scored 45 again. :) So yeh, not depressed at the moment.

Hi a-leng,

It is always hard to think of good stuff about yourself but you managed some great ones... I am glad things are going well for you... (you along with me have been here at depnet for a while and it is good to see the change in diary entries... goes to show that we can get this illness under control with a lot of hard work)

Glad your liking soccer and the training will be helpful for keeping those happy endorphines flowing as well as keeping you fit.

Hope all continues to go well for you.
Take care
lol michelle :) :)
