Greetings fellow Deppies,

I've just started the recovery program which I hope will assist me in my recovery from my mental illness. I hope to one day be free from taking mood stabilisers and anti-depressants. The reason I joined this site was because I was diagnosed with major depression, this diagnosis then changed to schizoaffective disorder.

I'm currently studying Marketing at a Bachelor degree level. I'm only studying part time as a result of my illness. My hobbies include reading, writing occasionally and drawing. Lately I've also been going to the Aquatic centre to swim, use the gym, do yoga and aquaerobics.

That concludes my introduction. (^_-)

Hi A-Leng
Hope you can appreciate how much you have achieved while battling this disorder. Some people have trouble even leaving the house, let alone studying and keeping up the exercise.Well done!
Love and support
Sue:)

Hi a-leng,

nice to see you back with an up date.... I hope you find the recovery program helpful... I find it to be good especially on the "reminder" stuff...

You have come a long way since you first came here ( yeah i remember and i have been here a while on and off also.)

Studying part time is great for you and may you do well in your choosen path.
I am sure you will find that doing the yoga etc will be very helpful with your illness... they say it is good for our 'happy endorphines".

Take care
stay in touch
Michelle ( mickey2) :)
