Feeling somewhat better

I got a decent rest last night, not sure how long it took me but I was relaxed enough which was good.

Turns out our group did alright for the oral presentation, we got a credit which was not too bad. I'm surprised even now.

I have another group oral presentation tomorrow, but the only thing I'm worried about is the content of what to say rather than nervousness of actually doing it.

Oh, and I've lost weight, not much, about 2 - 3 kilos. I think it's because I've been stressing but I hope I don't gain those kilos again. I need to lose at least 6 more kilos to be considered within the healthy weight range.

Hi a-Leng,

Well done on your group's credit. That's AWESOME! You were worried for nothin see. :) You just need to have some more faith in yourself. :)

All the best with the next presentation. I'm sure you'll do just as well with that one. :)

Well done on losing that weight too. I'm the same as you, need to lose about 5-6kgs to be in my healthy weight range. I just can't get motivated to exercise at the moment. Don't know why. I hope you can lose the weight that you want to lose. :)

Take care sweety. :)

Hi a-leng,

that is great you got a credit for your presentation...all that worry for nothing. Just goes to show you that a little confidence pays off.

Again with these oral presentations I so admire you for being able to get up there and do them.

good luck with the weight lose, keep up the good work.

Howdy,

Congrats on your presentation :o). You can accomplish things even when depressed if you try really hard so i'm proud of you for persisting. If you feel healthy don't start stressing about weight. Just eat well from all food groups as best you can and don't worry about what's considered a 'normal' weight.

Take Care :o)

Hi a-Leng
i haven't had a chance to welcome you to depnet yet, so here's a big welcome. I have read a few of your entries but I can't always type for too long.
Well done on your credit and I'm sure you will do well again. We often seem to worry about something that never happens , don't we? Why waste the energy?
I hope depnet is proving helpful. There are so many great people logging on.
Have a great day. Luv Sue:)
