Feeling alright for now

My mood hasn't really changed since I last wrote in this diary of mine. Ever since I finished my exams things have been going well for me, I've had lots of spare time to do things I enjoy doing and just recently I got to go out with my friends who I hadn't seen in a long while. We went to see Madagascar, of all movies, and it was quite funny though very silly.

Anyway, today I went to the Clubhouse for the first time in a long time. I did some drawings while I was there since Thursdays have somehow become the day to drop in and do art and craft day. I met a woman who I hadn't met before who is an artist and she showed me some of her artwork which was quite impressive. Especially the unusual stuff she did like a chicken with a human head and stuff like that.

While I was doing my artwork it got me thinking more about being more artistic myself so after I left the Clubhouse I went to the shops to check out art supplies. They were expensive but not as much as I expected them to be. However I didn't end up buying any of it as I didn't want to carry it home.

I'm still worried about the results of my exams for this semester, all I want is to pass.

Anyway, that's all from me for now.

Hi A-Leng.

Wasn't Madagascar so funny! Caroline and I saw it together. We laughed ourselves stupid. All we have to do to make each other laugh is send "The penguins are psychotic!" I usually add after that "But they're nothing compared to the bag lady".

What sort of artwork do you do? Nat does artwork too, it's quite expressive of how she is feeling (which is both good and bad). It makes it easier for us to understand what she is going through. Do you like the stuff you do? I wish there was some way I could see some of it! (I'm really getting into arts and craft for some reason).

I hope you get the results you want.

Hi Elly,

The artwork I do is usually manga/anime style. So it'd be similar to stuff like Digimon, Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh and other Japanese animations.

I do wish I could do normal artwork though, like abstract stuff or traditional art.

I hope I get good results too.
