I've noticed that since I've joined this site and started writing in the diary I've noticed how people are more willing to not only read what people have to say about themselves and their lives but also that they're willing to spend that extra little bit of time to leave a comment. I think this is fantastic! It shows that...I actually don't know what it shows about us as an online community but it's a good thing.

Anyway, Christmas is fast approaching...I've already received a whole heap of stuff that my parents have bought for me. It's like during this period just before Christmas everything they buy for me is a present, it's quite silly but I'm cool with it. Saves us buying wrapping paper and tape and the stuff turns out to be all stuff I want, need or both. I mean just today my mother took me shopping and we bought a few small items from the department store, most of it was for me.

I'm looking forward to Christmas this year...and the long weekend break for my father anyway, I've got the whole summer, my father has to work most days...poor guy...

Well, that's about all I have to say for today, I hope everyone has a great Christmas!

Hey there a-leng,

I agree with your idea that deppies are more willing to leave comments now than they have been in the past.our Christmas break

I hope that you enjoy your Christmas break and all of the goodies that you receive.

I have found this Christmas that it is better to give than to receive, but hey! I found some good prezzies!

Take care and Happy Holidays,

Hi a-leng.

Yes, I agree. It's one thing to write something, but it makes you feel more worthwhile if someone takes the extra time to write comments just so that you know that some one cares. More than that, that some one understands. I've found (since joining this site last week) that talking to people who understand has given me a lift that talking to people who supposedly know but haven't experienced can't.

Have a very merry Christmas. Let us know if you get what you want!

Much love and hugs.

Elly

The comments on the diaries are certainly increasing, which is great. It's a fantastic online community, and it's great to know that there are others out there who can understand, or at least try to understand from going through stuff.
