I started medication yesterday and it felt so weird when my neck and back ache disappeared after my living with that for 7 years. I also felt a little high... And enjoyed feeling the wind blow against my skin.But felt quite low again in the afternoon with a few panic attacks. Met my psy first time today. I used up all her tissue mopping my face and answering her questions....

Good luck with the meds and your psych. Using all the tissues is a good thing as it means you are getting things out for them to know about.

Meds are only part of the answer as you know... feeling the wind on your face is a glorious feeling... no pain is also a glorious feeling... but it is baby steps.... check for side effects and monitor yourself with them...

Good to have a cry ... i wish I could... good you had a good session with your pdoc...

I read your diary, yesterday i think it was, and i was gob smacked. I wanted to make a coment to it, but just didnt know what to say.
You are a very strong person to go though all that and still be here now. I hope this is really a new start for you, and its for the better.
