It has been good the new drug has lifted my mood fairly quickly.
Went away for the weekend, having new surroundings always put a new perspective on things.
Dont want to think what I have been through, last week.

New week, new start.

Cant believe I have another cold.
Thanks to all out there for the support you gave me through my time of hell.
Take it from me now, if it needs to be done you can do it.
