I hate it that I cant sleep, till late.
I will try and get myself up earlier, but first things first, medications.

First day today without any efexor, you did well.

Starting to worry whether I should be on any at all.

Means you might be a night person. What were you like before you got sick - early to bed or late to bed.

Don't think of the effexor if you can as it will affect you and you are on the first day of no meds so you can get on your new med. Be strong and positive that you will get through these 4 days.
