pdoc appt

i had the pdoc appt yesterday, well i have to say at least it was better then the first time.
we spoke she thinks im havin panic attacks an is goin to let my doc know.
she said she was concerned for my safety of a night wen im alone, and is thinkin about puttin me in a psych ward, she said she will see how i go this week and she will make her answer on fri wen i go back.
i am soooo scared i dnt know wot to think. anyway this is only a short diary as i dnt know wot else to say im like a stuffed doll just sittin, starin.. im feelin very numb im thinkin but i dnt know wot im thinkin. i think this is the shortest diary i have writtin its cos i dnt know much nemore im like im ere but im not.. i duno.
