we found out this mornin that a close family member passed away early this mornin. He was dads best mate.
R.I.P Leston, u were a kind guy who was always there for the family no matter wot.

its soo hard to see dad down, i dnt know wot to say to him as he has a few other stresses at the moment, its breakin my heart seein him down, but im tryin soooo hard to be strong for him..
i cleaned the house did the washin so he didnt have to worry about it but i wish i could do more for him or say somethin to him to cheer him up a little.. but how can i cheer him up when i cant even cheer myself up..

The last thing he needs right now is knowin im struggling or know ive been emotional lately. i have to keep myself together an not drop on him cos i know he needs me at the moment.

How i wish i could just make it all better for him and for me. :(
Lucky for me i have other support besides dad so if i need anythin i know where to turn.
Take care all
Dee

That is true love, I think, to spare someone the burden of your troubles. Hope that you'll be able to share your cares with your father soon. As a father, I would want that of my daughter.

Your thoughts of Leston are wonderful and so caring...

You have done lots to help your dad... just keep trying ... you have a visit tomorrow and they will also help you...

You are stronger than you think you are... take care

Dee,
So sorry to hear about your dad's mate Leston. He seems like a very caring person.
Take your time grieving for your loss, and as I have said to you before, dad wants to help you with your problems. He loves you.
You have to look after yourself and as hard as it is, baby steps ok.
Take care and chat soon

Hunni

Good on you for thinking about Leston and helping your dad out. Allow your time to have a cry if you need one. You knew Leston as well.

Go Hunni!!!

Hey Dee,
I'm sure your Dad appreciates everything you are doing for him, and you're such a good person for fighting on for him when you don't feel like fighting for yourself. I hope things are going ok and that the cat team are at least helping you a little bit through this horrible time.
