well last nite was an interestin one. we had our dinner my whole 2 mouthfulls :S but then everyone ther sang happy birthday n then we went an sang karaoke but there was a fight and police n amubalnce got called cos i guy was knocked out so we all come home... now just at home listeninn to music lets see wen i go to bed :s....
my bday has been both up n dwn wen i first woke up i had bad pains so thought it was goin to be a shit night but i guess i have to smile :s
well thats it for now

Well that was one memorable night. I was wondering how it went. Some say it can't really be called a party if the police aren't called... so I guess by default or not, your party was a screamer... lol

It may have been only two mouthfuls you managed but I hope they were divine. The main thing is that you are eating... especially given your challenges.

So how was your night of merriment and melody at karaoke?... not too embarrassing I hope.

C'mom sister... spill the beans... all the details now... don't be shy. Where's the photographic evidence?

What songs did you, dad and friend sing? Tell me one of them was Abba... please do.

You get bonus kudos points from me for that... I am soooooo not ashamed of my daggy musical tastes... all you critics out there can bite my hinny. I was a child of the 60's/70's... lol!

I hope that you are now getting the sleep and rest that you need... sweet dreams lovely one...

Am so glad you got out and had some time with your dad. Not a nice way to end the night. This is one birthday we will not forget. Up and down is normal for depression so that is ok.
