I am not maple1 nor anybody but me. Those who know me know me well and it doesn't matter what I call myself
they recognise me. My story doesn't change, nor does my style. Most long term users on here have changed their name at various times for various reasons. One gets used to that though I agree it's not ideal practise as some people do have a problem with recognising others.
One point though..it's better not to be so quick to turn on people, especially when you are clearly wrong about who you are adressing. Blaming people for actions which aren't theirs is pretty poor practise, and influences other's perceptions of a person. Thanks to those who did support me this week as I am still alive so I am very grateful, once again, for the help.

I have signed up again simply so that I can offer my support for you against this devious campaign to smear you. It's sad that there are people out there who delight in this kind of character assassination, but I guess it's really to be expected on a site where most users, by default, are mentally ill.

Dear Jo,
Jenny & I have been long time members of DepNet...we know 'maple1' is not you Jo...we can always pick you when you change your name by the way you word your diary entries. Stay strong ok?
To all the 'Newbies' on DepNet...please do not blame 'Jo Stanford' for the nasty posts on here...it is someone trying to impersonate her...Jo has enough on her plate without this nonsense going on.
Whoever is doing this...please get help...you are very sick emotionally to do this to another DepNet member.

I dont care what you call yourself.You are a caring supportive person.To those out there that are giving Maple a hard time. Grow up and think what if this was you getting all the crap.How would you feel.Sorry Maple but I know what distress can be caused by false allegations and wrong judgements.We all of us here at times need support and some one to listen.Maple I havent been here over the past few days, I am sorrythat some idiot is causing you distress. Hi Jo

Even though i haven't been up to chatting online, i have been reading diary's and knew it was you the first diary of yours i read, i agree with the others and if people took the time to read between the lines they would also know that mapele1 isn't you and others who don't or cant see that should keep out of it altogether, this person who is maple1 also should get a life and the help they obviously need and ASAP in my book, instead of causing shit for others.
