I went to the psych yesterday. Got into a bit of trouble for not following up with my GP over meds as I promised I would. Felt a bit annoyed about the tangential questions she was asking me, but I suppose if it fills in the bigger picture for her, then that's okay.
I'm not sleeping all that well, but I'm pressing on through the tiredness. Going away this weekend with some friends, so it should be a nice distraction.
Better get going to work. Another big day ahead.
