I went to the gym this afternoon - straight from work. Felt good. I'd had to plan for it, so went to bed early last night, got up early this morning, arrived at work early, left early...and honoured my commitment to myself that I'd go.

And I did. Woo Hoo.

Maybe I can do it again this week.

hi,

This is great to hear. I find it so difficult to exercise, it can be painful just to go but you did it anyway and that is commendable. I hope you keep it up as exercise is one of the best medicines for depression.

Hi g463I know how tough it can be - I am trying to go swimming regularly and up until yesterday I was doing very well, 3 or 4 times a week, planning it around work etc. But yesterday was horribly windy and it just made me depressed so I stayed in bed. Well done to you though! Let's try and keep up our good intentions!HC
