It's been a very busy few weeks, and I had a long road-trip yesterday, but mygoodness I was tired today. Had a big nanna-nap this afternoon. Started out just laying down while I waited for a load of washing to finish, but woke up 3 hours later! Must have needed the snooze. Felt much better afterwards.

Y'know, sometimes snoozing just is the perfect cure to fatigue. I seem to only get into trouble with fatigue when fatigue becomes a state of mind - as though I expect to be fatigued...and therefore its enevitable.

Guess it shows the importance of listening to your body, honouring what it really needs, but doing all things in moderation.

Nanna naps are fine as long as they don't become a daily habit. I think we all have them at various stages - I know I do when I need them so you are not the only one that has them. You do need to listen to your body and meds if they tell you have a nap.

Go G!!!
