Okay.

I appreciate that I'm capable

I appreciate that I am intelligent enough

I appreciate that I have loads of opportunities

I appreciate that the world doesn't revolve around me

I appreciate that I am not God, because her job is HARD!

Hi,

It's lovely to read your qualities and thus your effort to write and think of your qualities and remind yourself of self love. I believe all of us suffereing from mental illness possess other qualities too.

I shall add to your list that you going through your own personal hardship must also possess
