The holidays can be very lonely but that is the time for you to reach out to others... which is what you have done by joining Depnet... you have done well...

It is a difficult road living with depression and there are good days and bad days as you probably know ... in fact at times good days can be rare but they happen and i find i like to celebrate them... i am having a good day... so welcome to the group...

Welcome Fly.

Im 48 and have had depression for 30 odd yrs now and know only too well the feeling of loneliness. Please come into the chat room sometime and get to meet us. Im ususally in there at night and would love to catch up.
Youve made the first step by your entry, so come on in and say hi. I had no real friends until I came to Dep. I have a couple now and one Super friend who holds my hand through all my hard times, even the ones I give her. I also have a Dep daughter who has her own struggles and hard ones to deal with, but she loves me too and is there should I need her. Take care and hope to chat real soon.
