Hello everyone. Yesterday I had an appointment with my psychologist and I have made quite a progress in these few months. But today I was feeling the kicks of depression for a while. I am going out to excercise vigorously to subside it as that is what I do when feeling depressed and it helps.takecare.

If excercising makes you feel less stressed & helps with your depression then go for it...quite a few people say they feel excercising beneficial to treat depression.

Glad you had a good session with the psychologist and can recognise when the depression is coming and know what you can do to stop it - exercising.
