Woke up a little late today but was feeling normal. Things are gradually changing. Moods are steadying and there is more consistency in things now. My behavior is not very impulsive now as it was. Now I need to work a little on the thoughts and the confusion I have due to depression. I think the more I'll study my course the confusion will subside and it may improve concentration further. thankyou everyone and takecare.

It is good to read you mood is steading. Have you and your psychiatrist discussed CBT - for turning negative thoughts into positive thoughts. If you try it, you could be surprised at the results - better thoughts/thought patterns. The confusion, is something we all have with depression and sometimes it will go with therapy treatment like CBT or it will get better with the medications. Study can help or hinder it - personal experience has been both but last attempt it was a great hinderance. Make sure you take your meds when you are meant to if you are on them and speak to the doctor about CBT. It does work if you are willing to work hard about changing your thoughts from negative to positive.
