Going to play cricket

Woke up a little late today as it is sunday but to me it doesnt really matter I wake up early only when I have class to attend. I am going to play cricket today for the third consecutive week as it is my assignment by my psychologist to reduce social anxiety. Thouh last week I missed as I had to watch the French Open final between Federer and Nadal.I am gonna go taday no matter what it feels like. I have to do this on a very consistent basis but I really don't know what the outcome is going to be. Probably reduced anxiety and getting used to of having strangers around.I have been avoiding people including my cousins since last three years. I don't talk to strangers that much and now the result is extreme fear of people and I believe we all deppies have that to some extent and even more. It has now come to the point where I really don't care about socializing but I have to try and overcome my anxiety levels. I have improved in terms of attending classes regularly and being among people without much interaction. I hope this may improve. Most of you are well experienced at handling depression, social anxiety, fear of talking to people. How do you guys overcome all these things I mean it seems so tough to me. Some of you even go for work in the office and here I am literally stunned about the efforts and hard work you guys put in to get better. It is so inspiring to watch you moiving and working even in depression and anxiety.You are great keep it up!!!!!!!!!Thankyou.takecare
