Had a bit of a restless night last night.. went for my first swim today.. did 30 minutes in the pool.. some laps and some running up and down in the exercise lanes.

Went to see counsellor today - I see her fortnightly - was talking about how I went a bit flat last week, however Ive picked up.. and feeling much better within myself.

If I sleep well tonight, I will go for a swim before work tommorrow.

I think I will sleep well, am tired now.. so will finish up diary and get ready for bed.

All is well.

You seem to have resolved some of the issues around self sabotage... and are doing well... keep things under management... do swimming 3 days a week then build up to more days...

now good session with the pdoc... take care...

Hi bluefix,

I just read your very first diary entry and you've come so far - you should be very proud of yourself.

Physical exercise is what they recommend to help combat depression, but I bet there's only a handful of people on here at depnet that actually ever manage to do any. So well done to you.

I wish you a restful nights sleep and sweet dreams.
