Saw counsellor today, she is slowly getting more of an idea about me - it takes time to see the whole picture of what is going on.
We decided to do a few goal setting tasks and also write out a routine of what to do everyday.
Ive felt like I have been just drifting through life without any clue or direction, now I have a chance to take control of my life and choose my directions.
When I told her of the things in my life - Ie debt, living arrangements, job - my counsellor said 'No wonder you feel like you are floating along - she could understand how I felt"...
that was some relief to actually make plans for the future.. how to tackle each day.. was very helpful.
Am going to see my GP for a Mental Health Plan, so I can see this counsellor through Medicare. After that is used up I will need to pay my way.
Am feeling more hopeful.
