I didnt go to work today.
I think when its 'that time of the month', I am generally feeling a bit flat.
I will go to work tommorrow - make myself go..

I was asked yesterday if I wanted to be trained in a different aspect of my job, so am pleased about that. Will give me more variety at work, as I find it quite boring.
This means that next week I will be working a 5 day week, instead of my usual 3 day week.
I will make sure I really take it easy and look after myself..

My folks are away - so at least I have a bit of space, however, that means I need to 'fend for myself'..:) no nice dinners awaiting me everynight! ( ha ) good practice for when I move out.
I think my dinners will be more likely a variation of toasted sandwiches.. will see ?
I had melted cheese on avocado last night.

Hey Blue,

I am pleased for you that you boss has offered you a different type of work, this must mean they are very pleased with your current work ethics.
A 5 day week won't hurt you if you are busy learning new things, it will probably go fairly quickly.
Taking good care of yourself is above all else the most important thing you can do, so try to eat as well as you can and get lots of sleep.
Instead of toasted sandwiches, why not make yourself a big serving of pasta that you can split over a few nights and maybe a stir fry for a couple of nights, both not too hard to whip up, even over the weekend so you don't have to do it after work next week.
But if all else fails, there are lots of different fillings you can put in toasted sandwiches, so at least you won't starve!!!

Good luck with the training, i hope it is something you will enjoy and will keep you from getting bored, there is nothing worse than being bored at work as the days drag.

Well done, i am proud of you for accepting the new challenge.

Luv Nouse
