I understand that when Im depressed I can only see the shadows of myself.. they may not be true or real at all... illusions or distortions of truth.
My positive characteristics.. are that I never really ever give up.. I have a friendly nature... I care about my friends.. my family matters to me..I am learning new stuff all the time.. I am willing to learn and grow..
I will try and build on this list over the next few weeks..!!!
Hope everyone can find some good stuff to write for themselves about their positive characteristics!!!
