Extra Shift today

Am working an extra shift today.. I have been reminding myself to make sure I go - cos its extra money for me.
Its funny how the mind works.. how quickly your thoughts can change.. and how to not be fooled by negativity.
I was in bed thinking oh.. I wont go.. and then thinking I need to go.. and I cant change my mind as it doesnt look good to bail out when work has offered me a shift.
Im doing a 6 hour shift so its nice and short.. so that will help the time go by a bit quicker.
I think I will start doing my list again.
I havent done anything this morning.Just been in bed.
It might make it easier to at least get up and go for a walk or a bike ride in the mornings before I go to work.
Get some exercise in my day - before I start my day.
Writing a list helps me focus on what Ive decided to set out to do.
