Had a nice quiet monday.
A bit of a sleep in.. compared to not getting up ! = improvement.
I went and had coffee with my Mum.. we both walked down to the local cafe.. and library.
Then went and did some shopping..
Started another new book this afternoon and had a bit of a laydown..
Will probably just have a quiet one tommorrow - if its another lovely sunny day.. will sit outside and have a bit of a read.
Am doing much much better now.. I think its because Im back at work.. and I have more of a structure/routine to my day.
Hope all of you are doing better and getting well.
