Today I got up at 930am.. had breakie and meds.
Decided to read for a while.. its a wierd book.. by Julian Clary.. not sure if I actually like it.. just wanted to read something?
I have helped my Mum today.. for a little while.. one of my brothers has moved out.. so Ive cleaned the windows in his room.. and the glass sliding door.
Have been trying to do stuff even though I just feel like sleeping.
I think it is going to take some time and effort to feel different.. and actually be different.. feel like my life means something....
I had a nice suprise yesterday. A couple of my friends had texted me.. it was nice to hear from them.

Good on you for helping your mum. Sleep is a part of the depression no matter what stage you are at. I have only just woken up at 2 pm qld time - sleeping my migraine off. Make sure whatever you did doesn't affect your depression and/or anxiety. Glad to hear you got some texts from friends - that is a positive.
