Surviving but not really living. 'fine' but not ok. not so bad doing things for the boys in the day, not so good at night when there asleep. I dont remember what a peaceful nights sleep is. If you could open my brain & scoop out the negativity, the voices, the bad memories, the pain etc...there'd be nothing left.

The nights where turmoil sets in and insommia plagues upon you. I can relate to what you are saying, taking one day at a time and doing the things that make us feel better is all we can do when times like these come in.

depression depletes us of any positivity and makes us feel empty, please do what it takes to add some light into your life.
