hey spunky, welcome home mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmwa xxx hope you didnt mind me writing on your post to let everyone know what was happening, you got lots of people on here who love and care for you matey and they needed to know you were being looked after. I really dont want to lecture but please PLEASE learn from this and dont go like a bull at a gate again, its okay to go easy on yourself Mikey, you dont have to prove yourself okay, slow and steady wins the race hun, you yourself have proven that time and time again. Nurture yourself hun, and listen to that body of yours, you know when you feel good you go a million miles an hour, but you wear yourself out, its like your trying to do everything before the next crash.... but see hun, if you just took it slower maybe there wouldnt BE a crash.... just please PLEASE be more careful, I dont wanna lose you Mikey xxx

Hey Mikey, Sorry if i sounded cross with you in my comment to your last diary entry, but i was so worried about you as were so many other of your Depnet friends. We were beside ourselves with worry for you, and hopefully this explains my entry and i am sorry if you were hurt by it. I am glad you sought help Mikey, and i hope you are on the mend. It takes time, you know that, so don't be hard on yourself and cut yourself a bit of slack. We have all been where you are now and if you want to talk, no matter how much or little, you know where to find me. Please learn to love yourself Mikey, you are a gentle and kind person.
