What can i say, im a total cluts.
It was suppose tobe my day off work today, and i got called in, we are very short staffed.
I did it again, i fell down some stairs at work this morning, falling backwards this time, and landing on my back. Ive got grazzes to my lower back and both my arms with bruising to my lower back. Im still getting over the injuries i received when i fell down the stairs in hospital on my first night a month ago. Im going back to the doctors this afternoon for x-rays, i think i have done a disc.
What have i done to deserve this.

Painfully yours

Mikey,

Mate, you are not a cluts. You probably weren't paying full attention at the time. Hell, I've done that myself, but I'm no cluts. I hope that your back is ok and that you haven't injured yourself too bad. Be careful Mikey, as a bad injury is the last thing we all need.
You haven't done anything to deserve this, so please don't thik this way. You're a nice man and just need to have a bit more confidence in yourself and you will be fine. Let me know how you got on today Mikey, please.

Mikey, Mikey, Mikey,
You really need to be a bit more careful. I hope you haven't done a disc, as I have been off work for many weeks with the very same. It is very debilitating and messes with your head just laying around. I know that is not a very positive thing to say, but that is where I am at right now.
I wish you all the very best for a speedy recovery and hope all is not as bad as it seems with your back.

Next time take the lift !!!

Sound like you and I have a lot in common when it comes to steps and backs. I have fallen down my townhouse steps about 4 or 5 tims and the last time I put a hole in the wall - pleasant reminder of my talent!!!! LOL!!!

Go to a chiropractor for the back. I do and it helps my back and make sure all the bones are in alignment after such a fall.

By the way, you a no clutz. It is a matter of not thinking properly while you are on the steps to be careful/hold on. At least you didn't concuss yourself.

All I can add further is be careful when you are on steps. It is very easy to fall as you have experienced. Seek the treatment you need - chiropractor - so you don't have to lie around waiting for the disc to heal if you have done a disc. The chiro will be able to tell you immediately what is wrong. Health cover should cover most of the consult.

Go Mike!!!

Mike

Sorry you fractured your vertabrae. I would still see a chiropractor to help alleviate the rest of the pain and see if they can help with the fracture.

Look forward for you next trick!!!
