Well not really. I bought a new moble phone today, and have spent most of the day trying to figure out how it all works, it's kinda driving me mad, its nearly gone across the room a few times. I dont give up on things like that easy. I once spent 36 hours non stop, trying to get rid of a virus i once had on my pc, which i did fix.

I have just realised i can be mentally strong when i want to be. So why cant i find that sort of strenth and determination to fight my depression.I wont let some damn machine beat me, so why do i let myself be beaten by me (if that makes sence)

Hi Mikey,

If only the human brain was as simplistic as a PC. Our brains are so complex and sometimes we just don't know what is right from wrong..good or bad..more or less..up or down..It's actually like a rollercoaster ride that never ends until the final derailment. I'm feeling so mashed up atm...really down and bad...sad..numb..fearful..hopeless. What do i do?

We are not as simple as the mobile phone or a virus on a computer and need support and assistance with our depression.

You can come and do mine next as I still haven't figured out the things it does and the instructions certainly don't make sense!!!

Dont worry Mike I got a new mobile for Xmas AND GUESS WHAT - I accidentally threw it in the washing machine and now its ruined - lol - had it 10 days - so back to my old one again.

Had same problem with mine when I got it - couldnt work out how to text for a while.

Anyhow hope you find some way to have the determination to fight your depression - take care.
