Ive been taking Lexapro for a few weeks now, and have been doing so well, i feel this time it is going tobe different. The day i started them, i felt weird in the afternoon, it was a good kind of weird, and ive never had a drug that gave me that feeling so quickly before. I havent looked back. Im not sleeping at all during the day anymore, i have so much more energy, and ive been doing so much, im finding there isnt enough time in a day.
The only side effect i have had is it can take me upto an hour to go to sleep at night, instead of 5min after my head hitting the pellow, which i can live with.
Sorry i havent been around much or even drop in to say hi.

Take care

Mikey

Hey Mikey,

I only really know you from reading your posts as I get alot from them.

I would like to personally say it's GREAT to have you back and that you've found something that works for you.

As for the sleeping have you tried Valerian?? All it is a herbal alternative I suppose tablet/ capsule and is taken half an hour before you go to sleep.

I know from personal experience it works for me.

I hope it can work for you too.

As for meeting for coffee would love to however I'm unfortunately in Victoria.

Oh We'll may leave it there Mikey as I've probably rambled on too much already.

Once again it's GREAT to have you back Mikey and things are going well for you.

Take Good Care

Good stuff matey, bout bloody time too.

Thats what its like for me on Aropax, tho if I dont keep myself busy & just veg out I can easily sleep durin the day, cept then I dont sleep at night. Lol

U gotta get into a night-time routine to unwind & prepare your body & mind for sleep. Try to go to bed @ the same time every night & rise @ the same time regardless of what day it is.

That way your resetting your body clock & sleep'll come more easily.

An hour to get to sleep is not bad, 5mins is exhaustion!
