I would like to apologise to Depnet about my entry called Some History... I was merely trying to illustrate that thinking about suicide is a normal thought for me... I have always thought like this... I do not know how to think any differently... and I have been trying to because so many people tell me it is wrong to think like this... so I am sorry to make others concerned about my welfare... I also would like to thank you for the concern... i feel nothing... I am empty of emotion at the moment... my mental health nurse has given me information about a therapy called ACT Acceptance and Commitment Therapy... http://www.actmindfully.com.au/ for training in Melbourne... it is interesting... and intellectually it can stimulate me for a while... but as my psychologist said my mind goes back to the superhighway of thoughts about death and suicide whenever i try to create a goat track of a new thought... such as ...

Anyway... thank you and sorry...

I am considering my options...

take care

Cate

I think about it as well and my psychiatrist is fully aware of it and I think some deppies know but it is good to share things so people know how your feel/that you won't act on it. Just remember the depnet etiquette and the moderators may delete entries.

Go Cate!!!
