my car battery died... i rang the trust to get money ... no trust officer... but the sub trust officer said go ahead and send invoice... so i rang mechanic and he said Wednesday or Thursday... so i rang doctor and cancelled my appointment tomorrow as I do not have transport... so I needed milk ... and I found a $10 coles card... i only had $2 in my bank account... so I was taken to the shops and bought milk and apple pies and a custard tart... then meals on wheels came... and desserts were ok... canned apricots tasted funny... custard was ok... then i went to sleep for a while... my sister rang... she has laryngitis... and Auntie Dot has not got long to live... i rang T about tomorrow and she was not very enthusiastic... I think she was trying to tell me yesterday that she didn't want me to come... or if i did come i was to drive myself... then my mental health nurse cancelled... so that is my day... some good stuff... but some borderline stuff... worked but not well...

i did get 2 apple pies i didn't expect... so that is good... i found the card with money... that is good... i will get a battery in a few days... that is good...

enough..

take care

Hi Cate

Thank you for always being here for me. Your elegant replies in my diaries are always welcome and so spot on! :-)

It makes me mad that wonderful people like yourself live in poverty, in our so-called "lucky country". It's unfair and unjust.

I will never complain again when my bank account is overdrawn a few bucks. I only have to wait till pay day and it renews again.

I wish I could do more for you and others on here that live from day to day. They say money doesn't buy you happiness - I say bullshit! It helps a lot!.

Sending you strength and love
Dolly x
