'We will either fing a key, or make one'
-HANNIBAL

Yesterday was a total of two months without a single drop of alcohol, and am totally free of all drugs, even analgesics.

I've kept up the specific exercises for my back/hip/groin, and I'm happy to report that I'm slowly improving with most nights relatively pain free. The gym classes are good, though I have to be careful with some of the yoga stretches. I now can sit cross-legged for the first time in years. The pilates has given me great core strength and control, which has helped my hip no end, and I can now windsurf without the painfull consequences.

I've just finished a 48hr water fast, and I'm seriously considering goin' back to not eating animals or their producs (eggs/milk/cheese etc). I'm beginning to understand where I went wrong in the past, and psychological/dietary factors have much to do with it.

I'm becoming very interested in Physics, and so the dual degree of Bch Arts/Science is a compelling alternative which I'll most likely change to.

I seem to be growing continually, even though I encounter bumps and dips on my road. Growing towards being what I wonder...a radical, enlightened, insane?

I now have my 'blue' card, and am on the committee for the 'Discovery Mental Health' program. It's on a volunteer basis, but it's a foot in the door, and will look good on my CV post degree.

Take care my good deppies (even the bad ones).

Cheers, geo xox
