I'm still fluctuating, and tryin' hard with the positives, like viewing this as only a 'blip' on the radar, and an opportunity to grow further. I've been using similar strategies as previously, and as before, am encouraged by knowing what physiological changes take place in the human body in response to stress.
So it isn't only we ourselves, various chemicals/hormones are also responsible and make us feel a certain way. Still, something has caused the stress, so if possible remove the stressor, or minimise the impact of it.
cheers, geo x

Geo

you are right and wrong ... depression is a mixture of chemistry, fragile psyches and events... removing the stress helps but does not cure...

anyway your process of elimination is good... keep eliminating...

take care

I haven't said removing stress cures depression, and I'm talking about the physiological effects of stress not a persons propensity towards depression. But thanks for the encouragement.
