Hmmm...woke up to my ex screaming at my kids in the flat next door.
SI badly this weekend
ED is coming back, slowly but surely.
Did an online test (based on diagnostic criteria) for Personality disorders and got only 2% on Narcisim but 96% on Borderline Personality which can't be a good thing and I'm damn glad I'm seeing a psychiatrist on Wed.
Also have psychologist tomorrow and am terrified she'll hate me as I haven't seen her in 4 weeks.
