So I come onto Dep net and...UPDATED

WHAT IS GOING ON??? I just read an entry that totally freaked me out, it's like cyber stalking or something...there are so many of us who come onto here for support and to support and what is going on in peoples minds that they think all of this is ok???
People all deserve respect and safety, especially somewhere like this.
I came here feeling crushed and lost and hurting and crying then I read that entry and it's just the last straw...I know no one made me read it, I know I was stupid to.
I don't want to be putting myself out there if people like that might reply (hopefully all the lovely, supportive and occasionally kick up the backside people know I'm not talking about them)
Now I don't even have somewhere to vent.
help.

Am feeling much better now after reading the lovely supportive comments and Gyps' post. Thank you and BIG HUGS.
Will make a coherent entry tomorrow.

Unfortunately, that is what happens when you put together a lot of people who are very sick - you get theatrics. I know that doesn't help, and I know it is disturbing and very uncomfortable, but the best thing you can do is just ignore it.

There was a reason for that entry and some of the comments that were left, and they are 'offline' reasons, so don't worry about it happening to you.

Of course you still have somewhere to vent!

I agree with gyp's diary entry, dont let one idiot who is trying to reck it for everyone else, stop you from coming here. Ive been here for almost a year and have come across those kind of people (once or twice) adding crap in my diary's, but i have seen it in others diarys too.
Dont be affraid to report it.
There is a great bunch of people here all the time, but unfortunately we do get the odd idiot come in to do nothing but cause trouble to try to get a reaction out of us all.
