to like me, to not feel like a huge pussy sore on the face of humanity, to stop crying, to not feel ill, to live, to be happy, to be loved, to cry and cry and cry, to have peace, to be acting (or studying same), to not screw up EVERYTHING I do, to feel better than I have this last week, for my kids to be happy...lets face it everyone would be better off without me.

I don't think people would be better off without you. I admit, that sounds terribly cliche, especially considering the fact I don't know you personally nor do I claim to understand your personal circumstances, but you do make a difference. I know because I noticed you've commented on one of my own journals and hence, you help provide a supportive network to people who come here looking for help.

The world would miss you - your friends, family, work mates, uni mates. Please don't think you are a let down because you have depression. We are all trying to be better people while dealing with the depression and want to get well, functioning people again. It will happen if you are under the treatment of a psychiatrist/psychologist/therapist/medications.
