just got off the phone with the local psychologist im in on 12th of may. so after FOUR MONTHS of trying to get into some kind of mental health doctor theres only two weeks left.
and it will only cost me $17 after medicare.... compared to the other guy, i mean even if this chick isnt a dotor and cant adjust meds at least she can diagnose me with something. i dont know if ill go to the other guy in june because i am a pensioner and they know that and they still want to charge $300 and i prefer people who will work on a sliding scale it shows they give a shit about their job. usually i never get charged anything as a pensioner especially because it looks so standout to people that im 23 and a carer.
at least ive had plenty of time to think about what i will say and what i want from it.
i dont even know what is wrong with me because i avoid everything now i dont leave the house and when i do its only for shopping and i get a bit nervous about it but i just go and do it and come home. this is not ok with me. i had another panic attack the other night i realised i cannot handle any kind of confrontation and i didnt know it because i make sure i never have to face it.
anywway i think ill go and get some sun today go outside and do some work in the yard.
