today wasnt so bad, i felt sick when i woke up, then i started getting dizzy in the car so i just took a valium and the rest of the day was easy.

i visited my uncle, he is in high dependancy in the mental health ward, so it was a somewhat interesting half hour. i have to admit i was scared, to be in there with other patients, i dont handle it well. in the end i just felt really horrible for them and just made chit chat. ike one guy got pretty angry when i said it was the first of october, he thinks its melbourne cup day every day. my poor uncle, he is so sick, he hears voices and imagines things, he thinks everyone is a theif. what a terrifying existence. my grandma just kept nagging him about stupid stuff, making him worry, i wanted to tell her to shut up, talk about something mundane and neutral. i really hope he stays there long enough for some meds to kick in. he keeps asking where i live, and i would let him live here if he would stay medicated and go to meetings and try to educate himself about his illness. otherwise he is too scary for me and for the neighbours. i hope i never lose my mind completely. bleh anyway that all thats going on in my little world.

Good on you for spending time with your uncle and trying to talk to him and the other patients. I can imagine it would have taken heaps of patience and you showed you have the patience. Well done!!!

Go Zombie!!!
