To Hospital or not to hospital????

A page in the diary "One instant at a time"

I know this is meant to be about any positives but there aren't any and right now I just want to curl up in a small ball and cry and cry, and once the man i love leaves tommorrow for 3 months where is my reason to keep struggling? The meds don't work, I'm a hopeless mum and my kids live with their dad almost all the time anyway so they wouldn't notice if I went into hospital BUT would it help?

Psyche

You are not a hopeless mother. You need to speak to the psychiatrist about the medications - as already explained in your other diary. Hospital may be a good option if things are as serious as you say they are. Again you need to talk to the psychiatrist about this. I am sure your ex and kids would notice/miss you if you end up in hospital.

Go Psyche!!!

Hi Psyche

You are not a hopeless mother. You are not well, but that does not make you hopeless.

Your reason to keep struggling is to be there for your kids and also to see your man again when he comes back in 3 months. You have so much to live for Psyche. You probably can't see that right now, but you do.

I don't know whether or not going to hospital would help or not help. I guess it wouldn't do any harm. but you know yourself better than anyone and the final decision is up to you.

Hang in there and don't be so hard on yourself.

Love hugs and support

Hey hon

If you feel you need to go to hospital, than that's what you need to do. Do whatever it takes to keep yourself safe. You are worth it, and your life is worth it.

There is light at the end of the tunnel. You might not be able to see it yet, but it's there.
